ahha Tulsa

ahha Tulsa was an arts centric non-profit that provided galleries, installation spaces, and creative studios within the public Hardesty Center building, which opened in the heart of the Arts District in 2012. From its inception as the “Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa” in 1961 to its closure in 2022, ahha brought the arts to the community through innovative programming and facilitate collaboration amongst various art organizations throughout Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ahha’s mission was simple: Keep Tulsa Creative.

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, I helped develop integrated marketing campaigns and story driven editorial content to be distributed across our website, social media and email newsletters to support marketing, advertising, and all promotional activities upholding ahha’s brand image.

Along with its aforementioned programming, ahha was responsible for hosting Mayfest, an international arts festival and a staple of the Tulsa arts scene since 1973. I was privileged to design the branding for the event in 2022 as featured throughout our extensive marketing campaign, program maps, stage banners, and other print materials.

Additionally, I made a proof-of-concept branding reel for Mayfest’s half-centennial as part of my Master’s program at OU.
